Two places people got stuck: a multi-step playbook that asked you to press Continue at every step, and a sign-in form with no way out of any mistake.

Multi-step playbooks

• A multi-step playbook can run itself. "Run all" on the start form sends every step in order — the six-step playbook that used to cost twelve clicks now costs one. Each step gets its own ten-minute ceiling rather than the whole run sharing one, because a local model on a laptop takes minutes per step and a single deadline would cut it off constantly. The run keeps going when you switch to another chat, and it survives quitting Nabu: the report says it was interrupted instead of pretending it finished. At the end you get one message with what happened and a single button that takes the whole run back. "Step by step" is still there, and still what a click on Start does.
• Run all stays out of two places on purpose. It is not offered in a chat where you have switched permission prompts off — dropped questions and dropped clicks should not multiply. And plan mode is off while a run goes, because a plan waiting for your approval looks exactly like a finished step to anything reading the result.

Sign-in

• Signing in has a way out of every mistake. The email never arrived, the ten minutes ran out, you mistyped the address — each of those used to be a dead end you left by quitting Nabu. There is now Send a new code, with a thirty-second pause after each send, and Use a different email, which takes you back with the address still in the field to fix. Enter works on both steps.
• And a failure is a sentence now. A wrong code was reported as `Error invoking remote method 'account:verify-code': Error: billing /auth/verify-code 401`. It now says the code did not work, that it may be mistyped or expired, and to send a new one — with the raw line kept under "Show details" for a bug report. Verify also waits for all six digits before sending anything: an incomplete code used to burn one of the five tries the server allows.
• The sign-in screen says the account is made right there. It read "Sign in to continue", which is fine if you have an account and misleading if you do not — and since the site stopped asking people to register before downloading, this screen is where most accounts now start.
